Snoozy Monday

Mom's been hard at work on her novel, but she's letting us Ballicai blog for Monday -- yay! Some of you asked if Mom has cats in her novels. The answer is yes! Each of her novels has at least one cat. Currently, she's writing a mystery, though in the past she has written both women's fiction and romance.

I was very cozy when Mom took this picture -- check out my curled-up, inside-out ear!



I miss blogging on days Mom's busy on the computer, but I've been doing a lot of snoozing and dreaming of my darling Mickeybear.

Ear
Curled up,
Inside out
And upside down,
Topsy-turvy like
My heart when Mickeybear
Freshens up his floof and purrs
And sends me his mancat smile which
Makes my heart flip inside out, upside
Down, then languorously curl up in a glow.

Fiddle Dee Dee Friday

Oh dear... Mom has told me that she won't be able to help us Ballicai blog quite as much as she had been doing. She's a novelist and has started a new writing project that's keeping her hopping. And to that, I say Fiddle Dee Dee!



But Mom did promise us that she'll try to help us blog three times a week or so. So I guess that's still pretty good. *smile* Heaven knows we Ballicai aren't going anywhere. We -- and Mom -- love the Cat Blogosphere and all our friends too much for that.

And even on days we Ballicai can't blog, we'll do as much visiting as we can.

Darling Mickeybear, I want to write a new poem for you! Soon my dearest, soon... *purrrrrrr*
