Sophisticated Saturday... and an Award!

Today, I dressed up again in the beautiful collar Mickeybear got me for Valentine's Day. And I had a wonderful photo shoot! I enjoyed it tremendously.

Here I am, resting up for my photo shoot. A ladycat must have her beauty sleep, after all.



Darling Mickeybear, I feel so feminine in this collar... so sophisticated!



I love everything about this beautiful collar, but I'm especially fond of the hearts. They make me feel close to Mickeybear!



Mickeybear, I'm sending you a kiss. Did you get it? *purrrrrrr*



And what an honor -- Mickey the Black Cat honored all us Ballicai with the Great Blog Award! Thank you so much, Mickey! You and your sisters are wonderful friends.



I will pass the award on to my sweet Mickeybear, to my dear sister-cousin-friend, Gretchen, and to the lovely and inspirational Chase.

Oh, my goodness gracious mercy me, but I need my smelling salts, and fast! *giggle* I got the most fabulous Valentine's package in the mail from my darling mancat, Mickeybear.

Mom: Mail Call for Miss Marilyn!

Marilyn: Oh... oh... it must be: a Valentine from Mickeybear... I can't wait to see what's inside!



Oh, look at this... such a delightful card! Check it out.....



And when I opened it, it played music -- how delightful! "You got the hand / I got the glove / But the best part of all is... / We got the love." It made me think, dear Mickeybear, of our Sonny and Cher wigs for Anastasia's first dare. "I Got You, Babe!" *smile*

Yes, darling dear, we have love in abundance! I am the luckiest ladycat in the world. *purrrrrrr*

And look, oh look, what Mickeybear sent me... the most beautiful, feminine, glamorous, glorious, frou-frou, frothy pink collar I've ever seen in my entire life! Mom, oh Mom! Help me into my finery, please!



Oh, I just love it... thank you so much, my darling dear! I feel so feminine... so frothy... so very girly!



Mom said that as I was modeling my new collar, I was preening. *giggle* I suppose I was!



I can't remember when I enjoyed a photo shoot so much. I feel so glamorous!

And great, super-fantastic news: Mom and Dad fixed the problem I was having with seeing Mickeybear's beautiful online card. Yay! I love it -- it's just gorgeous, and such beautiful music that it made both Mom and me swoon. *smile* Yes, my darling dear -- I will be your Valentine today and every day!
