Resting Up
*whew*, what a wonderful party... my Gotcha Day was marvelous, and thank you to everyone for making it so happy. I'm a lucky furry, purry girlcat.
Since the party, I've been resting up... here I am on Mom's lap, napping and dreaming of my Mickeybear.
And when I get rested up and fresh again, I'll go visiting my friends' blogs!

We are glad that you had such a great Gotcha Day and are so sorry that we could not make it to the party. Mommy was not feeling well so we had to sleep on her to help her to feel better.
Yoo deserve a nice rest. Yoor party was fantabulus! We had a furry good time and want to thank yoo fur inviting us. We hadda sleep it off on Sunday and da gerls are still sleepy today!

You do look pretty exhausted, my friend. You had a great party, and so many guest, oh my.
It's still raining hard and the wind is blowing. Things around us are starting to flood. The wind is pretty terrible. It howled through my windows all night long.
My pa bean is doing so much better, it's almost like night and day. Thanks for all your sweet purrs for him. I think they worked.
He's much happier and so is my mom bean.

Dearest sister! Oh it has been such a busy day at the cottage, I can hardly remember if I have every detail under control! Well I must say I am a bit nervous and do not really know why. Mommy said I have had a purrrrsonality change today. I do this everyonce in a while...where I absolutely will not sleep in the place I have adored for months...plus I get very needy and have to be the Velvro cat ALLLLL day long. It had to happen just before my big tea party. Heavens maybe you can help me with the hostessing if I do not get better by Wednesday? All the preparations have been made.
It was so very thoughtful of Dorydo and Mao to come and tell me they will be coming with the very finest of manners:)
Brainball will be so helpful in keeping an eye on problems that might crop up...but I really just want him to enjoy patroling the cottage after he has his tea.
Well I am off to sleep now to dream about marzipan mice and fresh brewed Lady Grey tea.

You are going into your second year in your cozy home dear sister. Isn't that amazing! Time just keeps on rolling into the future. Mommy found such a purrrfect poem today and will post it closer to Christmas. She showed it to me and told me it reminded her of you and Mao...it is touching and we cried a little.
Well enough of that....I am so excited and nervous about tomorrow! So kind of you to offer to help...I checked everything twice...ha ha like Santa Claws!
Oh and tell Dorydoo she could join the mencat on the patio if she needs to burp:)
