Welcome, everyone, to my Gotcha Day Party! Please make yourselves comfortable.
It's hard to believe I've already been in my Forever Home for a whole year, but at the same time, it feels as though I've always been here. A paradox? Yes, but a lovely one *smile*. I'm a lucky kitty girl to have found my Mom and Dad and to have my wonderful siblings. They love me so much, and I love them.
What a year it's been -- I've learned and experienced so much. I adjusted to a muti-cat home, I became a blogging kitty, I met and fell head-over-heels in love with my darling Mickeybear, and we became not only a happy, loving kitty couple but a dynamic poetic duo! *smile*
The party will last all twenty-four hours of December 1 -- come and go as you can, and enjoy the delectable spread: I've made my special-recipe tuna puffs, and there's fresh catnip, pet grass for cats and bunnies, treats for woofies, plenty of stinky goodness and, of course, Temptations. My darling sister Miss Peachy is bringing delicious, delectable sushi for an extra-special treat! There's chicken, turkey, ham, lobster, tuna, salmon, and shrimp! And last but not least... niptinis mixed with primo 'nip.
So everyone... please enjoy my party and have fun. We can play Box Wars, Tent Wars, Walk on the Ceiling, Chase the Red Dot, and Thundering Herd of Elephants! Mao might start a burping contest. Then we can snooze in giant, snuggly cat heaps when we get tired. Eat, drink, play, nap, burp, whatever and whichever strikes your fancy, and above all, be merry! Thank you so much for coming. I love you all.
Check out the beautiful white flower Mickey gave me -- it opened right around the time of my Gotcha Day! Isn't that amazing? Thank you, my sweet, romantic mancat!

I just came back to tell you that Mike and I had to leave in a hurry. My pa bean came home from the hospital. So mom bean was pretty busy getting him settled. Mike and I had to make sure she did things right...you know how beans are.
I'm so happy you had such a wonderful day and so many friends came to visit. You deserve it.
I'll come by and visit again soon, things might be pretty busy around my house for a few days yet.

My precious BFSC, my heart is overflowing with joy at the news that your Pa Bean is coming home! YIPPEE! My mom and we Ballicai have been thinking about him all day, and purring and purring... such great news! I am sure you'll be very busy welcoming him home and giving him lots of snuggles!

But *whew*, my sister Dorydoo... she's a youngster, not so traditional, and my oh my, I never knew she could burp so loudly!

Oh my dearest sister....sorry I am so late! Is Mickey gone on home? Course he is dear mancat...I tired him out then left for home.
